Roger Moore - Click to enlarge

The Film: Live And Let Die, Roger Moore's first Bond film, is one of my personal favourites. It has an unusual feel about it, due mainly the voodoo theme of the picture. The location work in Jamaica is once again very nice, harking back to the first Bond film, Dr. No. The score by George Martin, is not a typical Bond score, but it is absolutely delightful.

The Poster: This poster aims to emphasise that despite a new actor, this is still Bond as we know him by using the traditional gunbarrel image. This was blended with the voodoo feel, introduced by the flames and the image of Baron Samedi.

The Poster: This poster is also based on the Voodoo feel of the film. I chose to include a more traditional shot of Roger Moore as Bond. The text for the title, like my previous LALD poster, is based on the type from the original movie poster.

The Film: The Man With The Golden Gun is regarded by many as the nadir of the series, but I still enjoy it every time I watch it. The best thing about it is defintely Christopher Lee as the villain Scaramanga. Maud Adams plays the villain's girlfriend in this film, but she later also played the leading lady in Octopussy.

The Poster: This is a teaser based around the good old fashioned gunbarrel and the duel between Bond and Scaramanga. The centrepiece however, is the incredible golden gun, which made up of a pen, a cigarette case, a lighter and a cufflink!

The Poster: The concept for this poster is based on an unused poster design from the film. I wanted to give a modern feel to this poster, hence the lettering and some of the little effects that I used.

The Film: Moonraker was the first Bond movie i ever saw. It is a wild ride inspired by the success of Star Wars and includes NASA's space shuttle, before it even flew for the first time! The thing that initially attracted me was the character of Jaws, played by the huge actor Richard Kiel. The film has quite a lot of silly jokes, but it is still a very entertaining piece!

The Poster: This poster is based around the space theme. The shot of Roger Moore in the space suit is quite striking, and adds to the modern feel of the space theme of the poster.

The Film: Octopussy is a very complex, taut thriller. It takes place both in Europe and India, both with very contrasting feels. The European scenes have a great cold war feel about them, and the Indian scenes add an exotic flavour. Some of the scenes are a little ruined by silly jokes, like Bond yelling like Tarzan while swinging on a vine in India. Still, on the whole, the film is a success in my oipinion.

The Poster: This teaser focuses on the Indian part of the film. To that end I included imagery of the Taj Mahal and the Indian henchman, Gobinda.

The Film: A View To A Kill is Roger Moore's last hurrah as Bond. It wasn't the best Bond movie, but still not without it's strong points. Namely the villains, Max Zorin and May Day, played by Christopher Walken and Grace Jones respecitvely. Also, John Barry's score is another terrific one.

The Poster: This teaser is based around imagery from the ad campaign of 2002's Die Another Day. The main image is of Bond, but also, I wanted to include the villainous pair of Zorin and May Day.

The Poster: Now, a more moody and mysterious look at AVTAK. Also, I tried to incorporate a technological theme, as the plot deals with microchips. Hence, the LCD-style 007 logos.
